  1. Fill in the order number that includes the items you wish to return and the e-mail address in which you received information about your order.
  2. Select the items, you wish to return. The return fee is 4 €.
  3. Fill in the return address (the address where the GLS courier will pick up the return).
  4. Confirm the return summary. GLS will send you an informative message with all the instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  5. When we receive your return, we will check it in the shortest time possible and refund the purchase money in the same way the payment was made.
